AP01 orAP02 - appointment of a director

TM01 - termination of appointment of a director

Changing personal details of the director (such as address, name, business name, gender) 

Within 14 days of the change

CH01 or CH02 - changes of the detail of a director

Changing details of PSC’s (People with Significant Control)(such as address)

Within 14 days of the change

PSC01 - notifying of an individual with significant control

PSC02 - notifying of relevant legal entity with significant control

PSC03 - notifying of other registrable person with significant control

PSC04 - changing the details of PSC’s

PSC05 - changing the details of relevant legal entities (RLE) with significant control

PSC06 - changing the details of other registrable person with a significant control

Appointing a new secretary or an existing one’s appointment  

Within 14 days of appointment

AP03 orAP04 - appointment of a secretary

TM02 - termination of the appointment of a secretary

Changing the details of a secretary (such as address, name, business name, gender) 

Within 14 days of the change

CH03 or CH04 - changes of the details of a secretary

Changing the company name 

Within 15 days of the change

Special resolution + form + payment for the change (£10 to file paper form/ £8 to file online)

Form:

NM01 - notice of change of name by resolution

Changing the address where you keep your records, and which records are kept there

Within 14 days after the change

AD01 - change of the registered address

AD05 - change of inspection location for company’s records (Single Alternative Inspection Location - SAIL)

Changing your accounting reference date

The form AA01 must be received within the period allowed for laying and delivering the accounts for the current or the immediately previous accounting reference period.

Issuing shares after incorporation 

Within 1 calendar month of the issuing 

SH01 - ‘ return of allotment’ form - issuing more shares

Changing the status of your mortgages (if there are any or if the existing ones have been paid off)

MR01 - Within 21 days beginning with the day after the date of creating a charge

MR05 - will depend on the type of instrument (property), more information provided in this link

MR01 - notifying of a charge or mortgage created on/after 6 April 2013 for UK registered company

MR04 - notifying of satisfaction of a mortgage or charge in full or in part

MR05 - notifying that the property charged is released from the charge or no longer part of company property

MR07 - notifying an addition of amendment to a charge
