Role Description: Contributor

About Catalegal

Catalegal is a pioneering legal platform dedicated to bridging the gap between startups and access to reliable legal insights. Founded in 2021, Catalegal has evolved into a diverse team of over 20 writers spanning six universities across the UK. Our unique structure also provides students with invaluable practical work experience, collaborating with City lawyers to assist startups on their legal journey.

How We Operate

Members of the Catalegal leadership team engage with startups through direct conversations, website inquiries, and extensive research to identify prevalent legal challenges and obstacles. These insights are then transformed into article topics, accessible through our Catalegal Editor Portal.

Contributors have the autonomy to select what and when to write. Each contributor has one month to complete an article. All final drafts undergo a thorough review by our partner law firm before being published on the Catalegal website and LinkedIn page.
